Ronald E. Roark, Chief Executive Officer

 
Ronald Roark is co-founder of Crown and board member of all Crown subsidiaries. He has more than 30 years of global industry experience. He was a board member of Commercial Mortgage Securities Association (CMSA) and chairman of CMSA International Committee. He is also active in other industry groups, including the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the Mortgage Banker's Association (MBA). Ronald Roark is Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Crown Westfalen Bank since November 2006.
 
 
Rick Lewis, Group CFO

 
Rick Lewis is the Chief Financial Officer of Crown NorthCorp Inc. since September 2000.
1990 – 2000 Senior Asset Manager and later Director of Loan Servicing for Crown. Thirteen years in the Savings and Loan industry having served as President of one institution and Treasurer/CFO of another. Holds a degree in accounting from the University of Texas.
 
 
Robyn C. Stern, Executive Vice President, Head of US Business Development


Robyn brings over 25 years of mortgage industry and structured finance experience to Crown. She has served on the CMSA Board of Directors, founded its regulatory committee and sub-committees and is an active member of various other industry organizations. Robyn holds the positions of Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary.

Peter Walker, Chief Information Officer, Crown NorthCorp Inc

 
Peter Walker joined Crown in 1999. First as Finance Director of Crown Mortgage Management in the UK and from November 2004 to 2006 as Managing Director of the same company. Since, Peter is active in the US parent company and also sits on the board of Directors of that company.
Peter is a chartered accountant with a law degree. Qualified as insolvency Practitioner in 1994 with 10 years insolvency and corporate recovery experience with Ernst & Young.
